UNITY

Jerusalem, Shatz, Friday 15.12.17

UNITY WITH GOD

It was always Gods first intention to dwell among his people, to be present in our lives and to have a- face to face relationship with us,
if we go back to the very beginning when God created Adam and Eve his garden was their home, and they could talk to God and eat the very fruits he have created, Adam even had the authority to give name to the animals God have created! but sin was what set them apart from God.. Still throat the bible God wanted to have relationship with people- like Moses who saw God face to face, or like David who had a close relationship with God.
That is why he have sent his only beloved son, so that the veil will be torn and we will have the complete access to our heavily Father and from now on we will be Gods temple, that he could rest within us and work in and through us.
It starts in the holy of holiest, not in the courtyard of the temple but from the deepest place- that is where he wants to dwell, where we unit with him.

I have come to know that nothing can hold you as your relationship with the Lord, and as much as your relationship with him is closer and deeper, it`s harder for the devil to come through and break you, but also as long as your relationship with the Lord is a face to face relationship you start to see who you are because of him and your identity in him.
and I cannot do anything out of my own self but to let him dwell in me and work through me and within me, as I unit with him it`s he who work through me-
he who touches others, he who loves, he who brings peace, he who brings happiness.

UNITY AS A CHURCH (AS GODS PEOPLE)

"19 Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household, 20 built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone.21 In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. 22 And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit."
-Ephesians 2: 19-22

The body of christ is Gods holy temple- in him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple where God can dwell.
and each one of us are a stone in the temple, a part of the bigger plan and Christ himself is the chief cornerstone.
Called as his bride, his children that is the closest relationship, he calls us to a face to face relationship with him.

and He calls us to become one- see Jesus`s prayer in John 17 a perfect reflection to this very perfect unity..
as the Father and the Son unit, Jesus prays that we will unit in the same way as a church.
can you imagine a house standing when it`s stones are fragile and it does not standing steadfast, it will simply fall down!
this is us as a church, we should unit as one to be Gods temple so that he could rest and dwell within us as his body, the bride, the body of Christ.

"And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
-Revelations 21: 3-4
